Beginners' Fondant Cake Decorating: Burger Cake Class with Chef Jay Pee Acain
May 2, 2015 (Saturday): 9 AM to 4 PM
Class Type: Intensive Hands-on
Class Fee: 3,200 PhP
Class Venue: Eventi Function Room, Iloilo Midtown Hotel, corner Yulo-Iznart Streets, Iloilo City
Students will:
-> Learn how to make rolled fondant from scratch.
-> Learn how to color fondant with edible food colors.
-> Learn how to cover their cakes with fondant.
-> Make a fondant burger cake.
-> Learn the do's and don'ts in making fondant cakes.
-> Learn the proper costing for their fondant cakes.
-> Take home their finshed burger cakes.
Details:
1. Minimum number of students for the class to proceed: 10 students
2. Admission is on a first-pay, first-served basis. Prospective students are required to pay a confirmation fee of 1,000 PhP to confirm their slots.
3. The confirmation fee is non-refundable. You may, however, withdraw from your paid/confirmed slot AND apply your payment to other Chefs and Bakers workshops held in Bacolod or Iloilo, if you notify us of your slot cancellation at least five days ahead of schedule.
4. All materials, handouts, and ingredients will be provided. You’ll just need to bring an apron for the class.
5. You will receive a certificate of completion after the class.
